Discovery and Client Brief
Every great space begins with listening. Before anything is drawn or arranged, we take time to understand how you truly live. We explore your daily routines, your entertaining habits, how each room is used across different times of day, and what has or hasn't worked in the past. This deep discovery phase ensures that every decision made from this point forward is rooted in your lifestyle, not assumptions.
Site Survey and Measured Assessment
We carry out a thorough measured survey of your space, capturing every dimension, architectural feature, and structural detail with precision. We note natural light at different times of day, sight lines, ceiling heights, existing services such as plumbing and electrics, and any fixed elements that will influence the layout. This gives us an accurate, detailed foundation from which all planning begins.
Spatial Analysis and Zoning
With survey data and your brief in hand, we analyse the space in depth, identifying its strengths, constraints, and untapped potential.
