Technical Drawing Production
We produce a comprehensive set of measured drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, providing every contractor, builder, and artisan involved in your project with the precise information they need. These drawings are drawn to industry standards and tailored to the specific demands of your project, leaving no room for misinterpretation and ensuring your design intent is faithfully followed throughout.
3D Renders and Virtual Reality Visuals
To help you fully experience your space before any work begins, we produce photorealistic 3D renders and, where appropriate, Virtual Reality visuals of your design. These allow you to see exactly how light, materials, and furniture will interact in your finished rooms, providing confidence in every decision and the opportunity to explore alternatives before committing to anything.
Drawing Package Review and Sign-Off
We present the complete drawing package to you, walking through each drawing and explaining the decisions behind them. This is a collaborative review and your opportunity to ask questions, request refinements, and ensure everything aligns with your expectations. Once approved, the finalised package is issued to your contractors as the definitive guide for the delivery of your project.
